What if I'm slow to approve the map?
Nothing breaks — the clock pauses at your gates. "Seven days" counts our working days, not your calendar.
What exactly do I receive at delivery?
The built course in your own Cognistry workspace (with your seat), every report as PDF and editable DOCX, the interactive experience map, and a walkthrough video. Files and seat unlock when the balance clears.
What if my source material is thin?
Intake tells us early. We schedule a subject-matter interview on Day 1 and build the evidence base with you — that's what the platform's Signal stage is for.
Can I change scope mid-build?
Copy-level tweaks at delivery are included. New topics or a new audience after map approval are a change order — we re-quote before any new work starts.
What happens after my seat's 12 months?
Your content is exportable at any time — the course, reports, and map are yours. Renew the seat to keep editing in the workspace.
