An agency engagement, minus the agency overhead.
Everything a good agency does — named roles, a phased plan, one channel, honest change policy — with the coordination work an agency bills as project management done by the platform instead. You never pay for status meetings, and you never sit in one.

Teal days are yours — pay, approve the map, receive. Every other day is ours. The clock pauses whenever we're waiting on you.

- 1
- approval you own — the experience map
- 0
- status meetings, ever
Three roles. Two are people. None of them is yours to staff.
You bring what only you have — the expertise and the decision. Every other role in the engagement is filled on our side.
| Role | Who | Owns |
|---|---|---|
| Engagement Lead | Your single point of contact | The scope call, the clock, the delivery notice |
| Learning Experience Engineer (LxE) | The named builder on your engagement room | Every design decision and every written lesson — credentialed in the Cognistry method and accountable by name |
| The platform | Cognistry (Signal · Forge · Sim) | Stage tracking, evidence filing, quality sweeps, deliverable pipeline — the project-management layer, in software |
On your side
You — with your expertise, whatever materials exist, and about ninety minutes across the week. That's the whole staffing plan.
Not required
An L&D department, a training committee, or anyone who speaks instructional design. If you have one and would rather not route through it, that's exactly who this service is for.
Who does what, when.
Your column is the one to read. It adds up to about ninety minutes — and four of the seven days ask nothing of you at all.
| Phase | You ≈90 min total | Your LxE | The platform |
|---|---|---|---|
| Day 0 · Purchase & intake | Pay deposit, complete intake, upload materials ≈20 min | Reviews intake same day | Opens your room, files evidence |
| Day 1 · Prioritize | One scope call 30 min | Runs the call, seals scope and brief | Synthesizes evidence, delivers the brief report |
| Day 2–3 · Evidence & design | Approve the experience map (1 revision included) ≈30 min | Designs and presents the map | Publishes reports + the live map to your room |
| Day 3–6 · Build | Nothing — the build window is protected | Writes every lesson; sends the daily one-liner | Builds, checks alignment, tracks stages |
| Day 6 · Quality | Nothing | Runs the review pass, signs off by name | Alignment sweep + quality bar |
| Day 7 · Delivery | Pay the balance 2 min | Delivery notice + walkthrough video | Unlocks files, provisions your seat |
| After · Handoff | Handoff call, if you want it 30 min · optional | Walks you through the first edits | Your workspace, your course, full edit rights |
What lands in your hands, and when.
- Prioritization brief
- Evidence report
- Experience map
- The built course
- Walkthrough video
- Workspace + 12-month seat
Every format above has a public sample — judge them before you pay.
Cadence and change policy, stated up front.
- One channel. The engagement room is the record; email mirrors it. During the build you get one daily progress line — not meetings.
- One gate. Map approval is the only thing we wait on you for. The clock pauses at your gates — your busy week never burns build days.
- Frozen scope after approval. Copy tweaks at delivery are included. New topics or a new audience after map approval are a change order — re-quoted before any work starts.
- Visible allowances. Your room shows revisions and sessions used vs. included. "You've used your revision" is never a surprise invoice.
You keep the means of production.
An agency handoff gives you files and takes away the team. A Build handoff transfers ownership: your seat opens your own Cognistry workspace containing the finished course, its evidence, its map — and full edit rights. The walkthrough video and handoff call teach the first edits. The deliverable is a running system, not a zip file.
