Every Build engagement is delivered by a Learning Experience Engineer (LxE) — a named person credentialed in the full method: evidence, design, content, quality. The certification isn't a badge we invented for the sales page; it's the standard we hold our own builders to. After delivery, the same program is open to the person on your side who'll own the course.
Why certify your maintainer
A course you can't maintain is a course you'll rebuy.
- Your seat gives full edit rights — certification gives the method: when to change the map, how to keep checks honest, what "aligned" means before you ship an update.
- One certified person on your side means new topics, new audiences, and yearly refreshes happen in-house, on your schedule.
- You watched the method work for seven days on your own course — certification is learning to run what you already saw.
